Class: Year 1 Year: 2021 - 2022

Year 1 ventured out into our forest area to investigate signs of Autumn.  We discovered that the forest floor was covered with leaves that had fallen from the trees.  It was great fun kicking all the leaves as we walked through the forest.  We also observed that the leaves were all different colours and that they were very dry and brittle.  We also noticed that is was hard to find any mini beasts around.  One really exciting part happened when we saw a squirrel preparing for hibernation by picking up a conker and taking it back to its nest.
